In the area of commercial law, however, invoicing in accordance with the RVG is legally mandatory if we act for you in court and the time fee is below the statutory fees.<\/p><p>Options for reducing or eliminating the cost risk:<br \/>As a modern law firm, we offer you all permissible options to reduce or completely eliminate your costs and the cost risk. This includes the involvement of a litigation financier.
