Simple and all-inclusive:
Our initial consultation.

Regardless of the area of your concern: For the first counselling session, we charge a flat fee of EUR 260 net (EUR 309.40 gross incl. 19% VAT) per participating partner per hour. We will discuss the factual and legal situation in a personal meeting lasting around 60 minutes.
The main purpose of the initial consultation is to build trust and clarify the facts of the case. We identify the legal challenges and the need for advice. After the initial consultation, you will have an optimal basis for deciding how to proceed.

Legal advice

Billing according to time-based fee:
As a general rule, we work for you on the basis of a fee agreement with a fixed hourly rate. Before you place a binding order, we will provide you with a specific estimate of the expected time required for individual tasks (where possible). We offer hourly rates starting from EUR 350 net (EUR 410.50 gross, including 19 % VAT), depending on the area of law and the assignment. Your contact person will be happy to provide you with the specific hourly rate and an estimate of the time required in advance, either by telephone or by email.

Billing in accordance with the German Lawyers' Fees Act:
Alternatively, we also offer private individuals billing in accordance with the fees of the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG). In the area of commercial law, however, invoicing in accordance with the RVG is legally mandatory if we act for you in court and the time fee is below the statutory fees.

Options for reducing or eliminating the cost risk:
As a modern law firm, we offer you every available option to reduce or completely eliminate your costs and the financial risk involved. This includes engaging a litigation funder. We will also advise you on which of the legal fees you have incurred you can claim for tax purposes and which costs, if any, may be borne by the opposing party in the event of a legal dispute.

Tax Consultancy

Standard services are based on the Tax Consultant Remuneration Ordinance.
This mainly concerns declaratory tasks such as tax returns and annual financial statements.

Accounting activities are remunerated on a time and material basis, as well as other tax advice. The hourly rates of the individual employees depend on their qualifications and experience - tax consultants, tax clerks, accountants, etc. Of course, you only pay for the qualifications and experience required for the service.

All other services in the field of tax law will be invoiced in accordance with our rates for legal advice; please see above.
