The Federal Ministry of Finance has issued a Draft Bill on the Exchange of Country-Specific Data currently published in relation to certain countries and territories.
The Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF) has recently published a draft bill on the exchange of country-by-country data with certain countries and territories. To date, 51 countries have committed to exchanging data. By 30 June 2018, the first automatic exchange of information will also take place with countries that only committed to this after 26 October 2016.
